絲路風景 中國陜汽

       布局“一帶一路”,我覺得最突出的優勢是服務。其實我們在非洲、東南亞,包括俄羅斯,我們的服務我認為歐美的國家是很難做到。2013年秋,習總書記提出共同建設“絲綢之路經濟帶”與“21世紀海上絲綢之路”的重大倡議,在這片欣欣向榮的大環境下,已有近30年出口歷史的陜汽控股。 站在絲路的新起點,又是如何抓住“一帶一路”的歷史機遇?習近平總書記提出 “一帶一路”的倡議,對我們企業來說也是非常重要的機遇。我們現在在全球大概有一百多個國家都有我們的辦事處,都有我們的經銷網絡和服務網絡。大概有十幾個國家有我們本地化的項目。一切以客戶為中心是陜汽的發展理念,他們以優質服務為“一帶一路”的工程建設保駕護航。這里面也有一些例子。舉個例子:我們在阿爾及利亞客戶需要100臺車,其實我們在現場提供了105臺。這5天會干啥呢?是保證這100臺有問題的時候隨時可以提供。像我們在那個肯尼亞的那個高鐵項目——蒙內鐵路。那個當時中國在建設的時候時間要求非常緊的,我們給提供產品提供車,我們的服務也必須要及時,就是我不會影響你的整個(工程)的使用。
       在陜汽人的共同努力下,陜汽產品走進“一帶一路”沿線國家和地區,成為工程建設上必不可少的運輸車輛。也因此,中國陜汽成為“一帶一路”上靚麗的中國風景。客戶需要什么,我給客戶開發什么樣的產品。在非洲熱,我們就可能是“高原版”、“高原版” 、“熱區版”。在俄羅斯又很冷,那肯定是“寒區版”的車型。這個必須結合當地的一些實際情況,“一國一車, 一國一策”,所以我們去年的海外出口了一萬兩千輛,今年我們的目標是希望能夠達到兩萬輛。在于每一個國家的合作項目中,陜汽把不同國家 地區人民的想法連接在一起,助力著 “一帶一路” 沿線國家的經濟發展,促進著各國間文化的交流,企業的國際化的一些戰略,絕對不能把它理解成一種簡單的貿易。可能三十年前我們做國際市場,基本都是簡單的貿易方式,就是我賣給你東西。
       現在呢,我們感受到了我們一要在這能站住腳跟、站穩腳跟,必須叫做走進去,實現本地化。而實現本地化,依靠的不能只是我們,依靠的是我們和對方的國家,這樣我們就可以實現他本地的工業化的發展。第二我進去以后呢,肯定會解決當地的就業問題。這樣的話就是你我高度融合,實現了習總書記提出的叫做命運共同體。而在贏得國際口碑的背后流淌著的是無數閃爍人們的辛勤與汗水,印記著的是每個國家留下的動人故事。我舉個最簡單的例子,就是我們在利比亞,利比亞戰爭的時候,中國撤僑的時候,好多的僑民是撤不出來。那個時候整個運力緊張,戰爭馬上就要爆發了。我們在當地還沒有銷售的一百多臺車,我們全部用作僑民的運輸,運輸到邊界。你別看就那(一百多臺車),可能這一百多臺車可能拉了一兩千人,但是這個作用可是巨大。也體現了我們國企,也體現了我們陜汽的這份精神,體現這種擔當。另外就是在長安大學,我們和長安大學合作。每年從非洲招的學生里面,我們會資助非洲的一些學生。第二我每年不定期的把留學生組織起來以后做一次交流。能感受到他們對中國對央企, 對國有企業的贊賞。
       回顧五十載的銳意進取,40年的改革奮進,勇立潮頭、創新不止、發奮圖強, 改革攻堅是陜汽控股不敗的基因密碼。在踐行“一帶一路”倡議過程中,陜汽充滿自信,正潮漲揚帆,砥礪前行。我在這些國家看了,我覺得我們有很多的優勢。中國人的勤奮、中國人的善良、中國人的一些誠信,這都是我們這些優勢。另外,我們有好的一些產品,我感到中國人應該很自信。應該自信,我們有能力。我們有這樣的能力和實力,來實現我們在全球的一些共同的發展。
 
       Regarding the arrangement of the “Belt and Road” Initiative,I think the most outstanding advantage is the service. Honestly, in Africa, Southeast Asia and Russia, in terms of our services, I think European and American countries can hardly compete with us. In Fall, 2013, President Xi Jinping raised the significant proposal for building “the Belt and Road Economic Belt”and “the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road”. In this prosperous environment, there is the Shaanxi Automobile Group with more than 30 years of export history. Standing at this new starting point of the Silk Road, how does it capture the opportunity of the “Belt and Road” Initiative? President Xi Jinping raised the “Belt and Road” Initiative. For our enterprises, this is a very significant opportunity. In more than 100 countries, we have our offices, our distribution network and service network. Our localized projects have been implemented in more than 10 countries. “All customers-centric” philosophy is the development theory of Shaanxi Automobile Group. Relying on their quality services, they are the protector of the “Belt and Road” project. I want to show you some examples.One example, when we were in Algeria,customers need 100 cars. However we provided 105 of them at the scene. Why adding five more? It was to make sure that if something went wrong, there would always be 100 cars ready.For instance, the high-speed railways project in Kenya, Mombasa-Nairobi Railway. When China was helping to construct it, time was very tight. We provided products such as cars.Our service should be provided in time. It means we don’t want to influence the running of the project negatively.
       Because of the mutual efforts of Shaanxi people, Shaanxi Automobile Group has entered the countries and places that signed the “Belt and Road” Initiative. It became the necessary car provider for the project. Also therefore,Shaanxi Automobile Group has become the beautiful Chinese scenery along the “Belt and Road”. What the customer need are the products we make for the customer. The weather in Africa is hot, then we provide that plateau version, plateau version, hot district version. The weather in Russia is cold.That will definitely be the car type for the cold district. We should incorporate with the real situation locally. “One Country One Car, One Country One Strategy”.Last year we have exported 12 thousand cars overseas. This year, our goal is to export 20 thousand cars hopefully. At the cooperative project with every country,Shaanxi Automobile Group brings the ideas of different countries and places together.Assisting the economic development of the “Belt and Road” countries.Promoting the cultural communication in between countries.This is the internationalized strategy of our enterprise.We cannot analyze it as a simple trade. 30 years ago, we worked on the international market.It was all about simple trades.That is only about selling things basically.
       Right now, we have felt that if we want to settle down here and settle firmly,we should go to other places and realize localization. For realizing localization, what we should rely on is not only ourselves, but also the countries we cooperate with.Thus we can realize the development of local industrialization. Secondly after entering the market,this employment issue could definitely be solved locally. This means the high integration of Chinese companies and the local people. It realized what President Xi called, the community with a shared future.Behind this winning of international word of month, it is the hard work of many people. It remains the touching stories of every country. I want to set a simple example.When we were in Libya, during the Libyan War, many Chinese people were prepared to move.Many of them were unable to leave. At that time, transportation was in tension. War was about to outbreak.Over 100 cars that have not been sold were all used for the transportation of expatriates.We sent them to the border area. Don’t underestimate those over 100 cars.These more than 100 cars might carry one or two thousand people. The influence of the cars was huge. We have shown the spirit of the state-owned enterprises, as well as the spirit of Shaanxi Automobile Group and the responsibility we take on. Apart from that, in Chang’an University, we have cooperated with Chang’an University. Every year, from the admitted African students, we pick some students from Africa. Secondly, every year in certain times,we gather foreign students together for an academic exchange. We know that they admire China, admire central enterprises and state-owned enterprises.
       Recalling 50 years of progression, 40 years of reform and hard work. Being bold to lead, Non-stopping innovation, Determined to make a difference, Reform and solving problems.These are the secrets to the winning of Shaanxi Automobile Group. While implementing the “Belt and Road” Initiative, Shaanxi Automobile Group is full of confidence.It is ready to set sail and forge ahead. I have been to the countries along the “Belt and Road”. I found we have a lot of new advantages.The diligence of Chinese people, the kindness of Chinese people, the credibility of Chinese people, these are all our advantages.Apart from that, we have a lot of great products.I felt Chinese people should be confident.We should be confident.We have the ability.We own such ability and strength to realize the public development in the world.
